Papasotiriou, H.. (2013). China: From the Celestial Empire to the Emerging Superpower of the 21st. Athens: Poiotita. (in Greek)

The purpose of this book is to present the historical background and recent political developments in China. It does not assume any knowledge of the history of China and East Asia. Rather, it aims to present the generally unknown Chinese political tradition in our country with a general overview, which nevertheless places more emphasis on the 20th and 21st centuries than on the more distant past.
