Our main target
The Hellenic Association of Chinese Studies (HACS) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization committed to advancing the teaching and research of China in Greece, with a strong foundation in academic freedom. Its primary mission is to expand and enrich the field of Chinese studies within Greece. HACS provides an accessible platform for students, academics, researchers, policymakers, and other interested parties to gain valuable insights into China’s politics, international relations, history, culture and language. By organizing conferences, seminars, and collaborative projects with leading experts, the association facilitates meaningful engagement with various aspects of Chinese studies.
HACS also connects its members with essential academic resources, including prominent conferences, exhibitions, journals, and media—both domestic and international. Additionally, the association serves as a key hub for scholarships, awards, and other forms of recognition for those excelling in the field of Chinese studies.
As a non-profit and non-governmental organization, HACS is dedicated to upholding critical values such as academic freedom, freedom of speech, and support for objective, empirical research. It strives to create an open and inclusive environment for anyone interested in exploring the rich and complex world of China.
我们的目标
希腊中国研究学会（ΕΕΚΣ）是一家独立的非政府协会，致力于在学术自由的基础上推动对中国的学术研究。其主要目标是在希腊拓展和丰富中国研究领域。
ΕΕΚΣ 为学生、学者、研究人员以及所有对中国政治、国际关系、历史、文化、语言等领域感兴趣的人士提供一个便捷的平台，以获取宝贵知识。
通过举办会议、研讨会以及与知名学者的合作，学会鼓励会员参与中国研究的各个方面。
此外，ΕΕΚΣ还将其会员与重要的学术资源连接起来，如会议、展览、学术期刊、书籍和其他在希腊及国际上的出版物。学会同时也是一个推广奖学金、奖项和其他中国研究领域杰出人才荣誉机会的中心。

本协会不从事任何政治活动。
